Sergeant Major (Retired) Mark Reilly is an internationally recognized drummer, military musician, educator, and cultural ambassador with more than 20 years of Army service. As a Sergeant Major and Bandmaster of “The Old Guard” Fife & Drum Corps, he performed and taught globally while preserving America’s military music traditions. A George W. Bush Presidential Leadership Program scholar, he serves as CEO of The Washington Tattoo, advancing veteran wellness, leadership, and cultural diplomacy through music.
