Hector Gil is a percussion consultant, curriculum designer, clinician, arranger, and composer based in the U.S. He adjudicates various marching band and percussion ensemble circuits nationwide including serving as a percussion judge for DCI in the summer of 2026. Notably, Hector served as the Director of Percussion at Vista Ridge High School from 2008 to 2024. He is a proud artist affiliated with Innovative Percussion, Sabian, Marimba One, and Black Swamp Percussion.
