Jeff Spanos is a percussionist, educator, entrepreneur, and former Executive Director of the Madison Scouts with more than four decades of experience spanning the marching arts, music education, nonprofit leadership, and business. He has taught and mentored students of all ages while performing in diverse musical settings. Jeff believes rhythm is a powerful vehicle for learning, leadership, creativity, personal growth, and meaningful human connection.
