Joe Hobbs serves as the Percussion Caption Head and Arranger for the Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps. He previously served on the staffs of the Bluecoats, Cavaliers, and Phantom Regiment. Joe was also the Percussion Director for Vandegrift High School in Austin, Texas, from 2016 to 2024.
