Registration for a Mock Interview at PASIC 2026 is now open!
The mock job interviews will provide pre-tenured university faculty members (including part-time and adjunct faculty members) and doctoral candidates with the opportunity to test their interviewing skills.
Ten mock job interview applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants must have an active PAS Membership and be registered for PASIC 2026.

Mock Interview Details
- Questions will NOT be sent prior to the PASIC Workshop in order to simulate a real professional interview.
- Questions are drawn directly from actual collegiate percussion search committees and real-world interviews.
- Approximately 6-8 questions will be asked, depending on the participant/interviewer.
Schedule
This event will take place on Friday, November 13, in the Westin Hotel Cabinet/Caucus Room.
8:00 AM: Individual Interview Sessions
8:20 AM: Review of interview/feedback with partnered UPC member
8:50 AM: Break
9:00 AM – 9:40 AM: Roundtable with all participants
