Now for the fun and interactive part of my session. Base on research and my studies, I've created grooves that helps and address the positive emotional effects and attitudes. These grooves will be downloadable for everyone. My session will conclude with me playing and demonstrating my rhythms of life and having participants create their own rhythms of life.
