Lucho Pellegrini

Luciano “”Lucho”” Pellegrini is an Argentine musician, educator, producer and composer. He studied classical percussion and drums at Manuel de Falla Superior Conservatory and SADEM in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In 2016, he founded Cincinnati Washboards, the first Argentine brand of percussion instruments inspired by the washboard, and the very first washboard company to focus exclusively on music.

As a professional musician, Lucho has toured with different bands throughout Latin America, USA, and Europe with many artists.
Washboard Rhythms

Session Description:

In this masterclass, we’ll first dive into the history of the washboard as an instrument. We’ll then cover patterns and rhythms that the washboard is well known for, as well as exploring the possibilities of adapting it to other music styles.

This workshop is for EVERYONE. You’ll learn how to keep a washboard rhythm, and we’ll also work on improvisation.
