Load-in

All artists bringing their own instruments load in and out via the Tarmac behind the Convention Center.

Do NOT use Maryland Street for loading or unloading.

Loading pass

  • Show your printed or digital Loading Pass to the security guard at the Tarmac entrance. If you cannot print it beforehand, copies are available onsite.
  • The guard will direct you to a guide, who will assign your unloading space.
  • Keep the Loading Pass visible on your dashboard while you are on the Tarmac.

Unloading

  • Use Ramp F and Exhibit Hall C to move instruments in and out.
  • You may use your own handcarts or dollies, but powered machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is not permitted, per Shepard and ICC guidelines.
  • Small hand carts may be available onsite but are not guaranteed. Check with Logistics in Expo Hall B.

There is a two-hour limit for loading and unloading on the Tarmac.
Move your vehicle to permanent parking as soon as you have finished.

Regular Vehicles (up to 26′)
  • $10/day
  • Scan the QR code ONSITE at the lot to pay.
Large Vehicles (over 26′: trailers, buses, etc.)
  • $25/day
  • Prepay using THIS LINK.
  • The form defaults to Tuesday through Sunday – change the dates to select the days you need.
  • If you buy a single day, the form will say “BOA Event Parking.” This is the same lot, and will still be valid for PASIC.
  • There is no staff onsite to take payment. Vehicles are monitored by license plate.
  • Re-entry is permitted for PASIC, even though the LAZ website says otherwise.

You may park overnight from Saturday to Sunday, November 14–15 with no additional purchase, but your vehicle MUST BE REMOVED BY 9:00 AM ON SUNDAY because of the Colts game.
