About the PASIC Logistics Team

PASIC is the largest percussion event in the world featuring over 120 concerts, clinics, masterclasses, labs, workshops, panels and presentations. The finest artists from all over the world are invited to present and perform at PASIC. The program showcases all areas of percussion, including: drumset, marching, keyboard, symphonic, world, recreational, education, music technology, new music, and health & wellness.

We are seeking numerous hard working and enthusiastic individuals to lend their time, talent, and knowledge to this exciting international event.

Key Logistics Team Information

Logistics Team members MUST be members of PAS at the International, VIP, or All Access level.

All Logistics Team members are required to work a minimum of TWO 6-hour shifts during the course of our 4 day event. When you register through the online process you will need to sign up for two shifts on DIFFERENT days. Anyone who signs up for only one shift, or signs up for two shifts on the same day, will be re-assigned at the convenience of PAS. All Logistics Team registrants are guaranteed a spot on the team.

*Please Note: The deadline for PASIC registration refunds is October 31, 2024. No refunds on purchased registrations will be available after this date, even if you register to work on the Logistics Team.

It takes a small army of volunteers to keep all of the PASIC sessions running on time. Duties include, but are not limited to setting up stages, moving gear, checking badges at doors, among other required assignments. We rely on the PASIC Logistics Team to keep things running smoothly.

All volunteers will be provided with a PASIC Logistics Team T-shirt. Please wear khaki or black pants, or non-distressed jeans, comfortable shoes, and the provided shirt for all shifts.

All Logistics Team members must be at least 18 years of age.

Working Logistics has been a really cool experience. I got to work with amazing people who really knew what they were doing, and at the end of the day I feel like I contributed a lot to the continued success of PASIC. I’II definitely be coming back and working Logistics every opportunity I can.
