Written in the form of a baroque concerto grosso, Yo Goto highlights selections from Bach’s “Two-Part Invention No. 4 in D minor,” the Andante from “Italian Concerto,” and the Allegro from “Brandenburg Concerto No. 3,” in this musically and technically mature seven-minute work for marimba quartet.
