Very few texts have been directed at percussion accessory instruments, which the author describes as “complementary” instruments. This publication is a comprehensive collection of etudes and exercises for tambourine, triangle, cymbals, and bass drum, and it closes with some excellent duets, which feature different combinations of the instruments mentioned above.
