The Firchie TM1 Model Snare Drum, designed by Ivan Firchie and introduced in 1992, is a rotary-tuned drum featuring a unique system that allows both heads to be quickly and easily tensioned simultaneously by rotating the entire drum on a fixed base, similar to a Remo Roto-Tom.
