PAS Media Release

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I grant the Percussive Arts Society (PAS) permission to use my likeness in photographs or video for any and all PAS publications and channels, whether printed or digital. I understand that this media will become PAS property and will not be returned. As my participation is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation. I irrevocably authorize PAS to edit, publish, or distribute these photos and/or videos for promotional or lawful purposes without inspection, approval, or royalties. I release and hold harmless PAS from any claims related to this authorization.
