ABOUT Greg Whitt

SESSION TITLE: Elements of Rhythm

Greg Whitt is an in-demand arts facilitator and educator based in Raleigh, NC, USA. He has received four competitive Regional Artist Project Grants in the field of folkloric music. At the Maryland University of Integrative Health, his graduate studies focused on wisdom traditions to benefit modern society, and these support his work leading interactive and experiential education programs in corporations, congregations, communities, and classrooms. Greg teaches through rhythm, song, and story from around the globe. He shares life lessons and travel tales that serve as good food-for-thought for modern society. As an arts leader, Greg previously served as executive director and president of the Drum Circle Facilitators Guild, and presently as a board member of the North Carolina Storytelling Guild and an Arts Commissioner for the City of Raleigh.
