How to Complete Your PASIC Artist Application

1. Identify yourself, your group/ensemble (if applicable), and provide a short bio.
2. Decide which Category and Session Type to apply for. Certain Session Types only apply to certain categories. See the list of categories with corresponding session types below.
3. Provide your proposed Session Title and Session Description. Description should be 2000 characters or less.
4. List how many performers or presenters will participate in your session, including if they are student performers.
5. Tell us what brands you endorse, as potential sponsors.
6. Upload Optional Supporting Media:
   • Photo (for application purposes only)
   • Audio Up to 10 minutes of audio, or a 10MB file. MP3 or MP4 format.
   • Video: We are unable to accept video uploads. To provide a video, please provide a link to your video hosted elsewhere, such as on YouTube, Vimeo or your personal website.
7. Multiple Applications Policy
   Applicants may submit multiple applications only if each application is for a different session. Please do not submit the same session to multiple categories. If you are unsure which category best fits your session, select the one you feel is most appropriate. PAS leadership will ensure that all sessions are reviewed and judged in the correct category.
